Koffka, Kurt (1886-1941), 鈴鹿 英語塾 a German-American psychologist. With Wolfgang Khler and Max Wertheimer, Koffka was a founder of the Gestalt faculty of psychology. After receiving a Ph.D. from the College of Berlin in 1908, Koffka taught at German universities till 1924. He was a visiting professor at Cornell University and at the College of Wisconsin and was a professor of psychology at Smith School from 1927 until he died.
